2025 Venture Fund Collaboration Accelerator

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the 2025 Venture Fund Collaboration Accelerator (the “Program”), organized and administered by the Impact Forum Foundation (“IFF”). By submitting an application, each applicant agrees to comply with these Terms in full. Violation of any of these Terms may result in disqualification from the Program and/or forfeiture or return of funding.
1. Program Overview
The Program is a competitive opportunity for nonprofit organizations to submit collaborative project proposals aligned with IFF’s mission to:
  • Combat antisemitism

  • Support the State of Israel

  • Strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance

  • Champion American values

Selected finalists will present live at the Impact Forum Dinner on November 6, 2025, in West Los Angeles for a chance to receive $250,000+ in funding, from audience contributions and Venture Fund matching.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
  • The proposed project must be a collaborative initiative involving at least two nonprofit organizations.
  • A strong preference will be given to partnerships between three or more organizations.
  • Applications for general operating support or single-organization initiatives will not be considered.

At least one participating organization must have previously presented at an Impact Forum dinner or participated in the Venture Fund.

Each organization must be either:

  • A U.S.-registered 501(c)(3)
  • Fiscally sponsored by a U.S.-based 501(c)(3), or
  • A registered Israeli Amuta or public benefit company

The project must align with at least two of IFF’s core mission areas.

  • Combat antisemitism
  • Support the State of Israel
  • Strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance
  • Champion American values

The initial project budget must not exceed $250,000. If the budget exceeds this amount, applicants must demonstrate how the additional funds will be secured.

IFF reserves the right to verify nonprofit status and eligibility at any stage of the Program.

3. Application Requirements

Applications must be submitted via the official application form no later than July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. Up to two projects will be selected. Final decisions will be announced by September 1, 2025.

4. Presentation & Participation Obligations

Finalists agree to the following:

  • At least one representative from each collaborating organization must attend and present in person at the Impact Forum Dinner on November 6, 2025.
  • All travel and accommodation expenses are the sole responsibility of the participating organizations.

IFF will not provide reimbursement.

  • Presentations (7–10 minutes) must be developed in coordination with IFF team.
  • Finalists must participate in a preparation period between September 15 and November 1, 2025, including scheduled coaching and reviews.

Failure to fully participate in preparation or to appear at the event may result in removal from the Program.

5. Funding and Disbursement

Finalists agree to the following:

  • Audience members will be invited to donate directly to presented projects.
  • If a project raises less than $250,000 at the event, the Venture Fund will cover the difference, up to $250,000 total per project (total matching grant of up to $125,000 per project).
  • IFF does not guarantee a specific level of audience funding, nor does it guarantee the number of guests who will attend the Impact Forum Dinner.
  • Presenting organizations are strongly encouraged to invite their own local supporters and stakeholders to the event to help amplify visibility and maximize fundraising potential.
  • Funds raised at the event will be disbursed as they are collected by IFF from donors. Matching grant will be distributed once IFF has determined at its sole discretion that all event pledges have been collected and fulfilled.
  • If at the event a project raises more than the approved budget from audience contributions, the excess funds must still be used solely for the approved project. Any material change in scope due to additional funds must be approved by IFF in writing.

All Program Funds must be used exclusively for the approved project. If the project is canceled, significantly altered, or not executed:

  • FF may require return of unused or misallocated funds, and/or
  • Reallocate funds to another mission-aligned project at its discretion
5.1 Prohibited Use of Funds

Funds may not be used for:

  • Lobbying, political campaigns, or partisan activities
  • Debt repayment
  • General operating expenses unrelated to the approved project
  • Salaries or expenses not tied directly to project delivery
  • Activities that violate U.S. law, international sanctions, or IFF policies
5.2 Matching + Bonus Funding Structure
  • The Venture Fund will provide a 1:1 match - up to a maximum of $125,000 per project - for donations raised at the Impact Forum event. This means that for every dollar contributed by guests, the Venture Fund will contribute another dollar, up to a combined total of $250,000 per project.
  • If a project raises $250,000 or more from event guests alone, it will not receive matching funds, but the Venture Fund will award a $25,000 bonus.
  • All matched and bonus funds are subject to the use, reporting, and compliance guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Funded projects must submit:
